Before you start exploring empty houses with a new client you don’t know well, take a picture or video clip and send it to My Mobile Witness. Let the client know in advance that this is a standard procedure at your real estate firm when working with new clients.

It’s a Friday night at an apartment or fraternity house you’ve never visited before.
Chances are you are in for a good time and you’ll meet some great new people. But why not take a picture of the house or apartment before heading inside and sending it to My Mobile Witness? Relax and enjoy the night without worrying that no one knows your whereabouts. My Mobile Witness does.
Or maybe you are enjoying yourself on Spring Break
You have been looking forward to Spring Break for months, all you want to do is relax and have some fun. Your friend has had too much to drink and despite voicing your concerns she is planning on a leaving a bar with someone she just met. Take the guy's picture and inform him you are sending it to My Mobile Witness creating a time stamped record of them leaving together accessible to law enforcement should that be necessary.
Your car breaks down in the middle of nowhere on your way home for fall break
Someone stops to help, help at a time like this is always appreciated. But it might also make you feel a little uneasy. Maybe the person offers to give you a ride to the nearest gas station. Taking a picture or video clip of their license plate is a good way to document who they are. You may decide to do so without them noticing and send to My Mobile Witness if the person turns out to not be such a Good Samaritan. Then, you may choose to inform them you have already sent their image to My Mobile Witness.
You want your college to offer My Mobile Witness

You are a social worker or home health worker
Take a photo of the house or street sign
If your job requires you to enter strangers’ homes in unfamiliar neighborhoods, take a photo of every house you enter and street signs nearby and send to My Mobile Witness as an extra measure of security.

It’s your first date – or a blind date with someone new
Since it’s common for you to text friends during the date to let them know how it’s going, why not snap a picture of your blind date just to be safe? Just tell him or her that you are sending it to your friends. Your date doesn't need to know you are sending it to My Mobile Witness. If he or she has a problem with it, there probably shouldn't be a second date.
You are concerned about harassment or stalking
You are worried about an obsessive ex
Chances are they are just heart-broken. But, if their patterns become a little worrisome using My Mobile Witness may be a way to document their obsessive behavior. Remember that this tool should not be used if you believe it might escalate a dangerous situation.

You are letting a stranger into your home. The repairman is a professional and should understand your desire to document his presence. Feel free to tell him or her that you do this with every worker entering your home. My Mobile Witness believes this process can deter inappropriate activity.

You spot a suspicious van in the parking lot
You are walking in a mall parking lot and see a suspicious van circling nearby. If you feel it does not rise to the level of calling police at the time at least snap a photo of the van or van's license plate in case you see something on the news later. You can then call Law Enforcement and point them to the photo you posted to your My Mobile Witness account.
You witness an altercation or event
Take a picture and call the local police, let them know of the situation. Show them the picture on your phone and tell them you also stored a copy in the My Mobile Witness digital vault, creating a time/date stamped unalterable copy if required as future evidence in court.
You are a travelling professional
You get into a cab to make it to your meeting on time
Of course you’ll make it to the meeting safe and sound, but take a photo of the taxi driver’s license, which is displayed inside the cab. Send it to My Mobile Witness as an extra measure of security. The photo on your phone can also help you if you leave something in the cab by mistake.
