Two ways law enforcement may access a My Mobile Witness users' account.

1. Obtain a court order and submit to Corporation Service Company 2704 Commerce Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110, C/O My Mobile Witness, Inc. We are here to assist law enforcement and will respond to all valid subpoenas expeditiously. Standard fees may apply.
   
   
2. My Mobile Witness^® has granted direct access to key Fusion Centers and Criminal Intelligence Centers across the country. Prior to the release of information you will be required to verify your status as law enforcement and reasons for requesting information. WARNING: Access to images, text and other materials submitted to and stored in the My Mobile Witness database is restricted to law enforcement use only. Law enforcement officers requesting materials stored within the database will be asked to provide a case number and other validating information to ensure their queries are being made in the course of legitimate law enforcement/public safety activities. Anyone misrepresenting themselves as a law enforcement officer, or misrepresenting the legitimacy of their query, in an attempt to gain unauthorized access to stored images, text or other materials, may be subject to prosecution for impersonation of a law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice, or other criminal statutes deemed appropriate by prosecutors in the jurisdiction where the offense occurs.
